   The 'cost-conscious' Do-It-Yourself model, is a basic ‘warm shell’, framed with openings for windows and doors, and additionally insulated to an above code envelope with chase walls and undercarriage plumbed for waters and electrical utility needs. Upon request, other system routes for ecological amenities like solar panels or water catchment and filtration can be included. ​This is an ideal model for the capable client or contractor interested in building, styling and accessorizing as they please. This package could also be a great solution for architects seeking modular integration into their projects.
